How to set printer margin in Firefox & Chrome Browser?

Printer Setting Margin

For Firefox Browser
  1. In the address bar type “about:config”.


  2. Click “I accept the risk!”  button.


  3. In the search input box. Type margin and look for the installed printer. Now adjust left and right margin to 0 in the column “Value”.


  4. In the search input box. Type orientation and look for the installed printer. Change the  “value” from 0 to 1 and then click   “OK”.


  5. To hide the header in printing specifically the URL, in search input box type header and look for the installed printer. Change the  “value” of headerleft and headerright to blank.





For Chrome Browser
1. Click the Wrench icon located on the top right side of the Chrome browser.
2. Select "Print" from the drop-down menu. ...
3. Click the "Change" button under the Destination section to change the default printer.
4. Click the "More Settings" and in the “Margins” select “Custom”.
5. Drag the margin you want from the preview screen page
