Cancellation of Official Receipt(OR) is for supervisor(OIC), manager, administrator, and superuser level only.

Reason why you need to cancel the O.R. in the Cloudlex system:
    1. If the actual O.R. is cancelled due to wrong amount or for whatever reason.

After cancelling the O.R., the amount of the cancelled O.R. will be zero.
