Deletion of Official Receipt(OR) is for supervisor(OIC), manager, administrator, and superuser level only.

Reason why you need to delete the O.R.in the Cloudlex system:
    1. If the actual O.R. is okay and the problem is only in the entry of cloudlex system like wrong bank type or wrong amount.
    2. After deleting the O.R. you need to re-entry the deleted O.R.with corresponding correction data or amount.
